Our Story
Richmond Amoako Adjei
Founder & Principal Consultant
Before Byrich, our founder, Richmond, worked as a credit officer, where he saw the same problem repeatedly. Microbusinesses with real earning potential were being turned down for credit. The businesses were viable; they simply had no structured way to prove it. He built simple financial tracking systems for them, so they could finally produce evidence of their own operations and access the credit they needed to grow.
That experience changed how Richmond thinks about business. Most of these owners weren't short on ambition. They were running businesses that had outgrown the systems keeping track of them.
Since then, Richmond has led project, programme, and process work at an international scale, backed by a PMP certification and an MBA focused on entrepreneurship, innovation, and business intelligence. That combination, hands-on systems work paired with formal project leadership training, is what Byrich brings to every engagement.
Byrich exists to bring that same work to African founders closer to home, built around the specific challenges of growing a business here.
